Birth Offerings

While I do not take on-call doula clients currently, I would love to offer supplementary support to you during your birth. I’ll join you in hospital, home, or birth center during a time that we determine together, and bring my tool bag of bodywork, coaching, emotional, spiritual, energetic, and experiential support to your labor and/or immediate hours postpartum.

Utilizing my support includes, but is not limited to:

- giving your partner and/or other support people a chance to replenish themselves while you remain fully held.
- receiving bodywork releases and positioning help to support progress and aid in comfort measures.
- helping you navigate decision-making or challenging moments from a place of resourcefulness and agency.
- witnessing, photography, birth story weaving… anything my extra set of hands and heart can provide. Ask for what you want, need, desire for your birth - we can be creative.

$150/hour with a minimum of 4 hrs. $200 deposit required.
